Mechanical Equipment:
The Engine Room is beneath the salon and enclosed by two watertight bulkheads. It is accessed via a watertight doorway that a watertight bulkhead from the Galley. Deck and Hull Equipment:
Accessed by a glass door from the pilothouse or by vanishing wing doors from the side decks or by ladder aft from the transom stern platform, everything about the aft deck, and essentially everywhere else onboard, is new. New furniture and carpets, teak cabinetry encloses the two new larger aft deck air conditioners (230V 28,000 BTU). New headliner, new telephone and intercom system throughout with overhead speakers and VHF speaker. It is soft enclosed with roll-up clear curtains aft and slide opening glass on the sides affording full or controlled openness depending upon the weather. Built-in teak cabinetry with Corian counter houses a refrigerator, glassware, beverage storage, wet sink, and large countertop space.
