SELLER DESCRIPTION

This unique, one of a kind, Florida style coastal water vessel offers a diesel inboard, private aft cabin and a huge centercockpit for the sailor looking for something different. The hull is strip planked from the keelson to the deck and epoxied and glassed over. Topsides are marine plywood epoxy treated and then glassed and painted. The mast needs to be replaced but the vessel herself appears to be in excellent condition. Take a second look you won't find another like her. VESSEL IS OFFERED ON AN "AS IS, WHERE IS" BASIS.

Accomodations:
Forward is a large storage area for gear and sails, aft in the main salon are port and starboard setees with storage behind and above. The galley is split on either side of the main companionway. Aft cabin is accessed from the cockpit and has a wrap around double berth. There is is excellent storage both port and starboard in drawers and bins. Mechanical Equipment:
The engine compartment access is from either cockpit hatch and can easily be used by a 6ft 250lb person. Once down in the locker engine access is very good. Batteries, salt water strainer and fresh water pumb are all located in this compartment.
