2004 Reliant Cutter Ketch, This custom built 49 Reliant was started in 2002 and completed in December of 2007. The owner/builder started by cutting down the trees himself and cutting the planks from the best sections of the White Oak trees. He overbuilt the boat plank by plank epoxying the Oak to Marine plywood following the plans he purchased from Reliant and then glassed over the entire vessel. After splashing the vessel he decided that he would prefer a shallower draft and has put this beautiful passage maker on the market so he can start his next project. This Reliant has great features including a cutter/ketch rig, outboard chain plates, a new 2005 Perkins 85hp diesel, fully battened main and mizzen sails, roller furling Genoa and staysail, Furuno Radar/plotter, Simrad autopilot, Lewmar electric windlass, 2 staterooms with 2 heads and stall showers. She will comfortably sleep 6 and has a well protected huge cockpit. A must see for all world cruisers. Contact Barry Berger at Marine Industries Inc. Cell 954-873-1800, Office 954-779-1094
