2002 J BOATS 46, 46' PATRICIA J, The J-46 does many things well; she is competitive in offshore and around the buoys racing; she has a very attractive and comfortable interior for the active family or two couples; she has an excellent deck layout allowing for easy shorthanded sailing at the high levels of efficiency. The J-46 is a particularly stiff boat and is designed to be cruised with one-overlapping head sails. "Patricia J" is equipped with many desirable options including a Hall carbon fiber mast, varnished teak toe rails, upgraded electronics package, electric primary winches. Releasable inner forestay and a comprehensive sail inventory. She was further enhanced in 2006 in preparation for the Newport-Bermuda race.
