The Cape Dory 28 is a graceful Downeast-style cruiser whose lobster boat heritage can be seen in her salty workboat profile. The 28 was built on a semi-displacement hull with moderate beam, round bilges and fully protected prop. A very popular boat, over 220 were built. New Volvo 265 HP installed in 2001. New Flat screen TV, New Inverter, Fresh expoy bottom.The boat was sitting in freshwater in Tennessee and has been brought to Florida to be sold!

Accomodations:
Vessel WalkthruVee berth forward with filler to form double berth. Cubby type shelves above bunks and lockers underneath. There is a hanging locker to port. The enclosed head with shower is aft on the port side.The overhead is translucent plastic to let in light. Opposite to starboard is the galley with Norcold refrigerator, stove and sink. Up three steps to the main salon with helm station to starboard and comfortable helm seat. To port is the "L" shaped settee with hi-lo table which forms a double berth. There are windows all around for great visibility and spacious feeling. Out aft door to comfortable cockpit with storage under. Dingy hangs on davits off the stern and there is a swim platform.
