Accomodations:
Full Galley,nice U shaped and designed for cruising propane stove gimbeled,sink refrigeration new large nav station to the starboard.
Galley:
The engine room is easily accessed and is clean and organized,the engine was just recently installed.All new exhaust and shows well.2000 watt inverter.
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
The dinette is large and can accommadate six the headliner has been taken down and needs replace athe sofa cusion seem to be in good order clean!There is a sofa /beth across the table lots of space and a good use of teak makes the boating have eye appeal.
Electrical System:
The V Berth is large and good head room,plenty of storage and full head and shower.Nice seating area in V berth.The quarter berth located on the port entance of the boat has a double berth and sink ,good storage,decent head room.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
This boat should be viewed by a sailor that would preferr to make his own improvements.It is what it is,and not a good choice for someone that is ready to go.Check out the value because it is a good deal!
BLUEWATER SAILBOAT Needs BOTTOM JOBFor the handy man, Boat has all the right equipment in place, Fairly New Yanmar 56 Hp 4 Cylinder 4JH3E with 70 hrs since new, new Ac reverse cycle one year old, 2000 Watt inverter, new refrigeration unit, Propane stove, hot water heater,electrical wiring has been updated to American standards. One anchor, not much in the way of electronics: Vhf Radio, depth meter, Ready for updated electronics.Boat runs great,only needs cosmetics.Excellent mechical condition.The Sailing vessel was in the middle of being updated, owner has change of plans and has decided to let her go for what he has in it.The interior needs headliner and some lighting, teak needs to be varnished or teak oiled. Interior looks good in the cushion department.The lazerette is clean and organized, it show that the owner know what to do!The sails are ten years old and look OK, maybe restitched to improve.THIS BOAT IS A PERFECT BOAT TO RESTORE TO YOUR TASTE.BOAT HAS NOT BEEN IN A HURRICANE OR UNDER WATER.PAINT AND DECKS JUST NEED GENERAL MAINTAINCE.DECKS ARE TEAK IN SOME PLACES,SEATING AND IN COCKPIT.
