Accomodations:
Private V berth forward w/storage beneath. Enclosed head w/marine toilet and stainless sink with new retracting hot and cold faucet/shower wand. Salon has galley to starboard, dinette and quarter berth to port. Pilothouse has bench along starboard side aft of helm station, larger bunk to port, and removable table. 6'3" headroom throughout makes this boat very friendly for the taller sailors. NEW Adler Barbour 12 volt fridge/freezer unit. Used once in 2004. Air conditioning system INOP 12 Gallon hot water tank, engine/shore power, installed 2002. One of the two 40 gallon water tanks leaks. Mechanical Equipment:
30 hp Perkins fresh water cooled diesel is not original to the boat. The boat came with a 40 hp. To compensate for the reduced weight of the 30 hp, a large hunk of lead has been added down in the keel. Hour meter was installed in 2000, and the engine has 400 hours since then. Hours prior are unknown. Deck and Hull Equipment:
Hull sides painted 3 coats of two-part paint in 2002. Bottom painted June 2008. Sails and Rigging:
The boat comes with 3 jibs and one full-batten main, all fairly old but serviceable. The chain plates are embedded in the hull sides, and the owner recently inspected them and found them to be fine.
